Assign an IP to an EC2 instance

5. Assign an IP to an EC2 instance
 1) Click Elastic IPs on left layer
 2) Click Allocate New Address -> Click Yes, Allocate -> Click Close
 3) Right click on the new IP -> click Associate Addresses
 4) Click Instance box -> click an instance you want to attach -> click Associate

 5) Change session info on PuTTY with the new IP
