MySQL NDB Cluster setup on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

1. download link for management nodes

2. Issues

1) when starting the management node with the following command:
ndb_mgmd -f /var/lib/mysql-cluster/config.ini --configdir=/var/lib/mysql-cluster/

ERROR    -- Could not determine which nodeid to use for this node. Specify it with --ndb-nodeid=<nodeid> on command line
