Unable to connect to the server: dial tcp 192.168.99.101:8443: i/o timeout

Problem:

Haans-MacBook-Pro:istio-1.0.6 haanmo$ kubectl get pods

Unable to connect to the server: dial tcp 192.168.99.101:8443: i/o timeout

Unable to connect to the server: net/http: TLS handshake timeout

Got this issue when I use Starbuck Wifi.


Temporal Solution: (Not sure why it works. )

1. Changed Starbucks wifi to mobile hot spot.
2. restart minikube

minikube start --memory 6144

3. wait several miniutes.

Just in case, check Docker Demon running
If not running, check below.
